Job Summary

Motivated by measurable results, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will drive opportunity generation by researching and engaging with potential clients, managing a sales pipeline, and contributing to the development of outreach processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Research and connect with potential clients to turn initial contacts into qualified opportunities
  • Manage a pipeline of high-potential prospects and efficiently qualify and route inbound leads
  • Track results and iterate outreach strategies to maximize impact and engagement
Required qualifications
  • 2 - 3 years of sales experience in BDR, SDR, retail, B2B, or similar roles
  • Demonstrated competitive drive and persistence to achieve measurable outcomes
  • Self-starter mindset with ownership of outreach and follow-up efforts
  • Strong communication skills to build rapport and convey value effectively
  • Creative and resourceful in generating leads and opening doors
