Job Summary
Motivated by measurable results, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will drive opportunity generation by researching and engaging with potential clients, managing a sales pipeline, and contributing to the development of outreach processes.
Key responsibilities
- Research and connect with potential clients to turn initial contacts into qualified opportunities
- Manage a pipeline of high-potential prospects and efficiently qualify and route inbound leads
- Track results and iterate outreach strategies to maximize impact and engagement
Required qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of sales experience in BDR, SDR, retail, B2B, or similar roles
- Demonstrated competitive drive and persistence to achieve measurable outcomes
- Self-starter mindset with ownership of outreach and follow-up efforts
- Strong communication skills to build rapport and convey value effectively
- Creative and resourceful in generating leads and opening doors
