Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative, the successful candidate will identify, qualify, and book meetings for the outside sales team while engaging with prospects remotely across specific southeastern states.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect for new customers using high-volume outbound tactics
- Set up quality meetings, manage a pipeline, and nurture customer relationships
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a sales development role with a focus on lead generation
- Preferred experience in inside sales within the Public Safety and/or Education sectors
- Proficiency in sales tools such as Gong, Salesforce, and Zoominfo
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive mindset and a passion for the company's mission
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn new tools and processes
