Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative, the successful candidate will identify, qualify, and book meetings for the outside sales team while engaging with prospects remotely across specific southeastern states.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect for new customers using high-volume outbound tactics
  • Set up quality meetings, manage a pipeline, and nurture customer relationships
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a sales development role with a focus on lead generation
  • Preferred experience in inside sales within the Public Safety and/or Education sectors
  • Proficiency in sales tools such as Gong, Salesforce, and Zoominfo
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive mindset and a passion for the company's mission
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn new tools and processes
