Job Summary
Driving top-of-funnel pipeline generation, the full-time Sales Development Representative will focus on outbound prospecting, conducting account research, and engaging with technical and financial stakeholders through personalized outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and prioritize target account lists while conducting research to understand prospects' cloud environments and potential pain points
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach through various channels, emphasizing personalization and relevance
- Qualify leads and set discovery meetings for Account Executives, while collaborating on account strategy and messaging
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (SDR/BDR experience preferred)
- Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft
- Demonstrated interest in technology, cloud, or FinOps, with SaaS or cloud ecosystem experience being a plus
- High level of coachability, resilience, and curiosity with the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
