Job Summary
To fuel pipeline growth and create new business opportunities, the full-time Sales Development Representative will prospect and qualify leads through cold outreach, collaborate with sales teams, and achieve activity KPIs in a remote-friendly environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Partner with Field Territory Managers and Inside Sales to build and qualify sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in the CRM while meeting daily and weekly activity KPIs
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in SDR, BDR, outbound prospecting, or a related sales role
- Strong drive to build a career in sales, demonstrated through persistence and curiosity
- Ability to engage prospects confidently through cold calling and objection handling
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple outreach sequences and priorities
- Familiarity with sales prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
