Job Summary
To fuel pipeline growth, the full-time Sales Development Representative will prospect and qualify new leads through cold outreach, leveraging sales tools while collaborating with marketing and sales teams in a remote-friendly environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Collaborate with Field Territory Managers and Inside Sales to build and qualify the sales pipeline
- Achieve daily/weekly activity KPIs, including 100+ outbound activities and targeted meetings
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales development or outbound prospecting role
- Demonstrated drive and determination to build a career in sales
- Ability to engage prospects confidently through cold calling and objection handling
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple outreach sequences
- Familiarity with sales prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
