Job Summary
Engaging dealership prospects, the full-time Sales Development Representative will identify opportunities, qualify interest, and set high-quality meetings for the sales team while working remotely in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads across dealer groups and OEM-approved dealerships
- Engage dealership leaders via phone, email, LinkedIn, and texting to conduct high-impact discovery
- Book demos and create qualified opportunities for District Sales Managers and Account Executives while maintaining accurate CRM records
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience, preferably in SaaS or automotive dealership tech
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and familiarity with tools like Outreach and ZoomInfo
- Ability to communicate effectively and break through gatekeepers
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced quota-driven environment
- Passion for the automotive industry and enhancing the customer/dealer experience
