Job Summary
Seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join the remote, full-time revenue team, where the representative will engage with customers through outbound tactics, identify and book productive conversations with business owners and executives, and contribute to the development of strategies and best practices within the team.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify, source, and schedule conversations with business owners and sales/marketing executives
- Exceed quotas while supporting teammates and contributing to overall company success
- Identify opportunities for personal and professional growth within the revenue team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of outbound sales experience selling SaaS solutions
- Customer-first sales approach with a life-long learner mindset
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Strong drive, persistence, and ambition
- Experience with service businesses is a significant plus
