Job Summary

Driving new logo revenue, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will research prospects, engage key personas, and generate interest in company offerings while building outbound campaigns to create new selling opportunities for the Sales team.

Key responsibilities:
  • Research and analyze prospects' pain points and business objectives to personalize outreach
  • Identify and engage key personas within target accounts using various multi-channel approaches
  • Qualify prospects and set first meetings with decision-makers to build the revenue pipeline
Required qualifications:
  • 1+ year experience as an SDR/BDR/Inside Sales in the enterprise or Open Source software space
  • Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting techniques, including cold-calling and personalized messaging
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo
  • Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously
  • Passion for technology and the ability to simplify complex subjects
