Job Summary
To drive revenue growth in the Mid-Market segment, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will prospect new relationships, qualify opportunities, and manage a pipeline of Value-Added Resellers and Internal IT department contacts.
Key responsibilities
- Outbound prospect Internal IT Departments and Value-Added Resellers through various channels
- Establish trust and rapport with VARs to understand their solutions and ideal customer profiles
- Collaborate with the Account Executive team to set demos and assist with closing deals
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of outbound calling experience, preferably in cybersecurity, technology, or SaaS solutions
- Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, including endpoint security
- Experience using Salesforce and sales engagement tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with the VAR/reseller community is a bonus
