Job Summary

To support revenue growth in the Mid-Market segment, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will prospect and qualify opportunities by engaging with Internal IT departments and Value-Added Resellers, while managing a pipeline and collaborating with the Account Executive team.

Key responsibilities
  • Outbound prospecting to Internal IT Departments and Value-Added Resellers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Establishing trust with VARs to understand their solutions and ideal customer profiles
  • Developing and managing a contact and opportunity pipeline while ensuring timely follow-ups
Required qualifications
  • 1+ year of outbound calling experience in cybersecurity, technology, or SaaS solutions
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, particularly endpoint security
  • Experience using Salesforce and sales engagement tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with the VAR/reseller community is a plus
