Job Summary
Generating interest in service offerings, the full-time Sales Development Representative will make cold calls to prospects, qualify sales leads, and set appointments for Account Executives while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Uncover opportunities for Account Executives to sell IT Managed Services, Cloud, Cyber Security, and Voice solutions
- Utilize various sales tools, including phone, email, and social media, to achieve monthly quotas for qualified sales opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to manage inbound leads and develop the sales pipeline
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to prospect for new business by phone for extended periods
- Experience building rapport with prospects at Executive or C-level
- Proficiency in uncovering opportunities through effective questioning techniques
