Job Summary
As a full-time remote Sales Development Representative, the successful candidate will identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting, qualify inbound leads, and set up meetings for the sales team while maintaining accurate data in Salesforce.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting methods such as cold calls and emails
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and assess their sales potential
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and meet monthly KPIs for meetings set and pipeline generation
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably with SaaS experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with high-volume outbound activity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Goal-oriented mindset with a competitive and resilient nature
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
