Job Summary

To support pipeline growth in the beauty and wellness industry, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach and collaboration with an Account Executive, focusing on both inbound and outbound efforts.

Key responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive to align on outreach strategies and target markets
  • Generate high-quality Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through phone calls and personalized communications
  • Maintain a consistent outreach cadence, achieving individual targets for lead generation and qualified meetings
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1+ years of B2B or sales experience preferred
  • Experience or familiarity within the wellness space is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or Outreach for tracking outreach
  • Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills, thriving in a remote environment
