Job Summary
Driven and motivated, the full-time Sales Development Representative will focus on generating new opportunities in the Kitchen & Bath and Flooring industries through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect into targeted accounts through various outreach methods to generate interest and secure demos
- Research accounts to identify key decision-makers and build high-quality prospect lists
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities and track activities in Salesforce
Required qualifications
- Previous SDR experience preferred but not required; strong work ethic and drive are essential
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach sequences simultaneously
- Comfortable with outbound calling and motivated by achieving goals
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong is a plus
- Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote environment
