Sales Development Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a remote, full-time position focused on expanding the customer base by generating leads, facilitating sales conversations, and connecting prospects with sales teams in the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
• Follow up with inbound leads promptly to maximize sales opportunities and maintain professionalism
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the sales development process and manage scheduling of sales engagements

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a Sales Development role
• At least 6 months experience in the information security, cybersecurity, or SaaS industry
• University degree or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with online privacy, security standards, and product compliance
• Experience with tools like Outreach.io, Zoominfo, and Salesforce CRM
