Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will build relationships with mid-market and enterprise prospects, develop outbound strategies, and collaborate with Account Executives to create qualified sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with Research and Research Ops leaders, as well as Product and Design stakeholders
- Develop warm outbound strategies to identify and create qualified opportunities across target accounts
- Work closely with Account Executives to support the sales process, ensuring a smooth handoff into later-stage opportunities
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a Sales Development (SDR/BDR) role at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven capability to generate qualified meetings and opportunities against pipeline and activity targets
- Strong organizational skills and a track record of managing multiple accounts and follow-ups
- Excitement to build the foundations of Sales at an early-stage, rapidly growing startup
- An innate curiosity and strong work ethic with a bias towards impact and creativity
