Job Summary
As the founding Sales Development Representative, this remote full-time role will shape the inbound and outbound sales development process by engaging leads, refining outreach strategies, and building a repeatable playbook from scratch.
Key responsibilities
- Work qualified inbound and outbound leads towards clear next steps and increase meeting generation
- Develop and maintain the SDR and BDR playbook, iterating based on conversion data and insights
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoff and track core sales metrics
Required qualifications
- Experience in early-stage sales development or similar roles
- Proficiency with AI tools to enhance sales processes
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
- Technical curiosity related to industrial automation and IoT
- Demonstrated ability to iterate and adapt strategies based on performance metrics
