Job Summary

As the founding Sales Development Representative, this remote full-time role will shape the inbound and outbound sales development process by engaging leads, refining outreach strategies, and building a repeatable playbook from scratch.

Key responsibilities
  • Work qualified inbound and outbound leads towards clear next steps and increase meeting generation
  • Develop and maintain the SDR and BDR playbook, iterating based on conversion data and insights
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoff and track core sales metrics
Required qualifications
  • Experience in early-stage sales development or similar roles
  • Proficiency with AI tools to enhance sales processes
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently in ambiguous environments
  • Technical curiosity related to industrial automation and IoT
  • Demonstrated ability to iterate and adapt strategies based on performance metrics
