Job Summary
Engaging with key decision-makers in the accounting and finance sectors, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will focus on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and maintaining CRM discipline to drive pipeline growth and contribute to revenue generation.
Key responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn while conducting deep account research to identify decision-makers
- Qualify leads against K1x's Ideal Customer Profile and ensure seamless handoffs to Account Executives with complete context
- Maintain accurate CRM records and meet weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach and lead generation
Required qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech
- Proven track record of meeting quotas and maintaining a disciplined sales process
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and outbound prospecting tools
- Genuine curiosity about the alternative investment and tax technology space
- Strong organizational skills and a self-starter mentality with a collaborative spirit
