Job Summary
To drive outbound cold-calling efforts, the full-time Sales Development Representative will engage with potential clients in the US market, qualify leads, and book meetings while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to US businesses daily
- Open conversations with cold prospects and qualify them against target criteria
- Log call outcomes and prospect details accurately in the CRM while meeting activity targets
Required qualifications
- Proven experience cold-calling into the US market with a track record of booking meetings
- Experience hitting meeting/appointment-setting targets in a B2B outbound role
- Confident spoken English with a strong phone presence
- Ability to handle high call volumes and manage rejection effectively
- Comfortable working US business hours and time zones
