Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the fully remote Sales Development Representative will engage in outreach and communication with prospects, leveraging enterprise sales tools to identify and develop sales-ready opportunities through cold outreach and marketing leads.
Key responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify target account leads and inbound marketing leads to create sales-ready meetings
- Research accounts and develop relationships with key players to stimulate opportunities
- Distribute qualified opportunities to appropriate sales representatives and provide necessary education on each opportunity
Required qualifications:
- 4-year college degree and 2-3 years of customer service or sales development experience
- Natural ability to communicate with new people and handle objections confidently
- High energy, motivation, and a competitive mindset focused on achieving goals
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications; familiarity with Salesforce.com and LinkedIn is a plus
- Desire to learn professional sales and be part of a collaborative team
