Job Summary
Focused on generating quality leads, the full-time Sales Development Representative will prospect and cold call into targeted markets, manage lead development, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams in a hybrid work environment based out of Brentwood, TN.
Key responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads by making 100+ calls per day and managing the lead development pipeline
- Prospect into multiple organizations through cold-calling, networking, and email marketing
- Qualify sales leads based on specific criteria and maintain Salesforce records of prospecting activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of business experience
- Knowledge of the construction industry preferred
- Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from a home office
