Job Summary

Focused on generating quality leads, the full-time Sales Development Representative will prospect and cold call into targeted markets, manage lead development, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams in a hybrid work environment based out of Brentwood, TN.

Key responsibilities
  • Generate qualified leads by making 100+ calls per day and managing the lead development pipeline
  • Prospect into multiple organizations through cold-calling, networking, and email marketing
  • Qualify sales leads based on specific criteria and maintain Salesforce records of prospecting activities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years of business experience
  • Knowledge of the construction industry preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from a home office
