Job Summary

Proactively building a pipeline for future growth, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative I will contact new leads to assess their needs, set appointments with qualified prospects for Finance Consultants, and accurately log interactions in Salesforce CRM.

Key responsibilities
  • Contact 300-350 new leads monthly to qualify them for financing solutions
  • Set appointments for Finance Consultants with qualified leads to facilitate the sales process
  • Log all lead interactions in Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in phone-based sales or transactional sales environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls and maintain persistence to meet targets
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients
