Job Summary
Proactively building a pipeline of candidates, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative I will contact new leads to assess their needs, set appointments with qualified leads for Finance Consultants, and accurately log interactions in Salesforce CRM.
Key responsibilities
- Contact 300-350 new leads monthly to qualify them for financing solutions
- Set appointments for Finance Consultants and ensure a smooth transition from lead qualification
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow a structured outreach cadence
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in phone-based or transactional sales environments
- Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls and meet monthly targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
