Job Summary
Proactively building a pipeline for future growth, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will contact new leads to assess their needs, set appointments with qualified prospects, and accurately log interactions in Salesforce CRM.
Key responsibilities
- Contact 300-350 new leads monthly to qualify them for financing solutions
- Set appointments for Finance Consultants and ensure smooth transitions in the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities in Salesforce CRM
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in phone-based or transactional sales environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls and meet monthly targets
- Strong listening skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients
