Job Summary

Seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a full-time remote position focused on new customer acquisition through targeted prospecting in the SaaS and EdTech sectors, leveraging immersive VR and 3D simulations for skilled trades training.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct targeted prospecting using multi-channel outreach, including cold calls and emails
  • Qualify prospects through thoughtful discovery and set meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and contribute to optimizing outreach strategies
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR role or consultative inside sales, preferably in SaaS or EdTech
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and recognition as a top performer
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and engaging with technical buyers
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales tools
  • Strong written communication skills for crafting engaging email content
