Job Summary

To support the growth of commercial revenue, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will engage in outbound prospecting, manage a sales pipeline, and conduct discovery calls to qualify enterprise prospects for Wikimedia Enterprise's data products and APIs.

Key responsibilities
  • Own outbound prospecting for defined verticals, executing multi-touch outreach across various channels
  • Run initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs and qualify opportunities using a structured framework
  • Utilize advanced HubSpot features to manage outreach sequences, pipelines, and produce activity reports
Required qualifications
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a B2B SDR, BDR, or inside sales role, preferably in SaaS or data products
  • Demonstrated success in meeting outbound pipeline targets in a metrics-driven environment
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, including building sequences and managing workflows
  • Ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders with appropriate messaging
  • Alignment with Wikimedia's mission of providing free knowledge to the world
