Job Summary
To build and sustain the top of the sales funnel, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will engage in high-volume outbound prospecting, respond to inbound inquiries, and qualify prospective customers before passing them to the Account Executive team.
Key responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls and email outreach, to identify and engage prospective customers
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule handoffs to Account Executives after conducting discovery conversations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and communicate trends in prospect feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or business development role
- Demonstrated ability to execute consistent outbound prospecting at volume
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and sales engagement tools
- Organized and self-motivated with a positive and persistent approach to outreach
