Job Summary

To build and sustain the top of the sales funnel, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will engage in high-volume outbound prospecting, respond to inbound inquiries, and qualify prospective customers before passing them to the Account Executive team.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls and email outreach, to identify and engage prospective customers
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule handoffs to Account Executives after conducting discovery conversations
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and communicate trends in prospect feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or business development role
  • Demonstrated ability to execute consistent outbound prospecting at volume
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and sales engagement tools
  • Organized and self-motivated with a positive and persistent approach to outreach
