Job Summary
To generate new business, the remote Sales Development Representative will identify, engage, and qualify prospective users while scheduling appointments with Account Executives in a performance-driven fintech SaaS environment.
Key responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed outbound activity, lead qualification, and appointment-setting KPIs
- Identify and engage prospective users through proactive outbound communication across various channels
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and ensure effective handoffs to Account Executives
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
- Experience in high-ticket sales
- Experience conducting high-volume outbound outreach through phone, email, and SMS
- Experience or demonstrated knowledge of financial markets, trading, or fintech products
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
