Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Sales Development Representative will generate and qualify new opportunities through outbound prospecting, targeted phone outreach, and strategic event coordination while supporting the Partnerships team.
Key responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound phone outreach to district leaders and administrators to build a qualified sales pipeline
- Drive registration and attendance for regional events, coordinating logistics and follow-up outreach to maximize conversion
- Participate in territory syncs to align on prospecting priorities and contribute insights for territory planning
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, communications, marketing, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, or a demonstrated interest in transitioning into a sales career from an education background
- Experience in K-12 education or EdTech is strongly preferred
- Comfort with high-volume phone outreach and engaging senior district leaders
- Proficiency in modern productivity tools, with prior CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) being a plus
