Job Summary

To power outbound efforts and create new opportunities with insurance agents, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will make 150+ outbound calls and emails weekly, qualify leads, and set meetings while collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Make 150+ outbound calls and send 150+ emails weekly
  • Qualify leads and set 8+ meetings per month
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing to refine contact strategy
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Sales experience (SDR, AE, inside sales preferred, especially in insurance)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Knowledge of the P&C insurance industry is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
