Job Summary
As the first point of contact for potential customers, the full-time Sales Development Representative will generate qualified leads, schedule meetings with decision-makers, and contribute to the sales pipeline while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls per day to potential customers
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling and email
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers for Senior Account Executives and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads
Required qualifications
- Experience in cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
- Proficiency in sales and CRM software, preferably HubSpot
- Experience as an end user of AI tools to enhance efficiencies
- A deep understanding of the real estate industry
- A highly motivated and target-oriented spirit with a strong work ethic
