Job Summary
As the first point of contact with prospective customers, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will identify and engage target accounts, generate qualified sales opportunities, and support the sales team in building a high-performing revenue organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective customers through various outreach methods to generate qualified sales opportunities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified meetings for Account Executives by executing personalized outreach campaigns
- Evaluate leads to determine fit and urgency, while maintaining accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed activity and pipeline generation goals
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple prospecting campaigns simultaneously
- Highly coachable with a desire to learn modern sales methodologies
