Job Summary
To support strategic growth plans, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will generate and qualify sales opportunities through inbound lead response and proactive outbound prospecting while collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads based on defined criteria and generate new pipeline through proactive outreach
- Leverage various prospecting strategies to connect with potential customers and identify their needs
- Manage contacts in the CRM platform to ensure accuracy for long-term pipeline development
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Sales or SDR roles with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure
- A University degree or College diploma in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal, to support the Middle East region
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media tools like LinkedIn
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
