Job Summary

To support strategic growth plans, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will generate and qualify sales opportunities through inbound lead response and proactive outbound prospecting while collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Qualify inbound leads based on defined criteria and generate new pipeline through proactive outreach
  • Leverage various prospecting strategies to connect with potential customers and identify their needs
  • Manage contacts in the CRM platform to ensure accuracy for long-term pipeline development
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales or SDR roles with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure
  • A University degree or College diploma in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal, to support the Middle East region
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media tools like LinkedIn
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
