Job Summary
As the first point of contact for future clients, the full-time Sales Development Representative will conduct outbound prospecting, qualify prospects, and build relationships to drive revenue growth in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify high-potential businesses and conduct outbound prospecting in designated territory
- Qualify prospects by uncovering their needs, challenges, and opportunities for Amperon's solutions
- Engage prospects with compelling communication and maintain accurate records in HubSpot
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the energy or power markets
- Demonstrated track record of top performance in sales or business development
- Coachable and eager to learn with a strong competitive drive
- Effective communication skills and a passion for Amperon's mission
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
