Job Summary
Focused on generating new business opportunities, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will engage in proactive cold calling and outreach efforts to build a strong sales pipeline in a competitive market.
Key responsibilities
- Source new sales prospects through proactive outreach, including cold calling and cold emails
- Engage with leads via multiple channels to introduce solutions and identify potential sales opportunities
- Maintain a high level of activity, targeting over 150 interactions per day to ensure a robust pipeline
Required qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in a Sales Development Representative or sales-related role
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Business, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with SaaS products and the ability to communicate product features and benefits effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce (SFDC), and customer engagement platforms
- Exceptional negotiation and customer engagement skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
