Job Summary

Generating qualified leads through proactive outreach, the full-time Sales Development Representative will make 100+ calls daily, coordinate with Marketing for lead generation, and manage opportunities in a hybrid work environment based out of Brentwood, TN.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and manage a lead development pipeline through prospecting and cold-calling
  • Qualify sales leads based on specific criteria and maintain Salesforce records
  • Research prospective accounts to understand needs and schedule meetings for Sales
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years of business experience, preferably in the construction industry
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Strong understanding of marketing techniques and databases
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from a home office
