Job Summary
To support a growing Sales Development team, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will manage inbound leads, define outbound strategies, and become an expert in SQL and enterprise data operations while based in Japan.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads, setting meetings with qualified prospects for Sales Directors and Account Executives
- Define and iterate on the outbound strategy using various channels
- Architect and develop processes for a growing team
Required qualifications
- Previous inbound or outbound sales or sales development experience (1+ years)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- Mastery of efficiency in managing high volumes of tasks
- Alignment with company values and a values-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in analytics, ETL, BI, and/or open-source software is a plus
