Job Summary
As the first point of contact for prospective customers, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will drive revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads through outbound prospecting and managing inbound leads while collaborating with the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and set up meetings with Business Development Representatives
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and meet monthly KPIs for meetings set and pipeline generation
Required qualifications
- Experience in the staffing industry is required
- Proficiency in Salesforce and comfort with high-volume outbound activities
- Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset and strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in personalizing outreach and researching target accounts
