Job Summary
Driving the top of the sales funnel, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will generate qualified meetings, engage new prospects through strategic outreach, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve pipeline goals.
Key responsibilities
- Generate qualified meetings that lead to revenue-producing opportunities for the sales team
- Conduct strategic outbound prospecting through research, calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify and engage new prospects
- Support pipeline growth within existing client accounts by identifying expansion opportunities in collaboration with the team
Required qualifications
- Preferred Bachelor's degree
- Experience in business development, sales, healthcare, insurance, analytics, or related fields
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce and ZoomInfo is a plus
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for pipeline and follow-through
- Ability to effectively communicate complex business issues to varying stakeholders
