Job Summary

To drive revenue growth, the full-time Outbound Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach, research target accounts, and collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to strategically identify and qualify prospects within the assigned territory
  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts and generate interest in solutions through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Develop and execute a proactive lead generation plan to source new opportunities and maintain accurate lead tracking in Salesforce
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development within enterprise software
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Apollo, or similar CRM and sales automation tools is a plus
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, objection handling, and prospecting techniques
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • High energy, tenacity, and a self-starter mindset
