Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will manage inbound leads and execute outbound prospecting activities to drive revenue growth in the government and politics sector.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage inbound leads and proactively initiate conversations to qualify potential customers
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
- Collaborate with account executives to identify target customers and achieve monthly/quarterly performance targets
Required qualifications:
- 1-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- Experience or familiarity with government relations or advocacy is a plus
- Availability to work Eastern Time office hours
- Tech-savvy with willingness to learn sales tools such as HubSpot Sales Hub and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong communication skills for engaging with prospects via phone, email, and social media
