Job Summary

Seeking a Sales Development Representative for a hybrid role based in Brentwood, TN, who will generate qualified leads through over 100 daily calls, coordinate with marketing for lead generation, and manage opportunities through the sales funnel.

Key responsibilities
  • Generate qualified leads by making 100+ calls per day and managing the lead development pipeline
  • Prospect through cold-calling, networking, and email marketing while qualifying sales leads based on defined criteria
  • Maintain Salesforce records by logging activities, adding contacts, and updating account information
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years of business experience
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Strong understanding of marketing techniques and databases
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from a home office
