Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative for a full-time remote position, who will identify and solicit new business by engaging clients about advertising opportunities across various platforms, including podcasts, digital, and radio.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute daily outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other outreach channels, aiming for 80+ interactions per day
- Research and identify leads that align with ideal customer profiles to generate interest in advertising solutions
- Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified opportunities
Required qualifications:
- At least 2 years of Sales Development Representative or outbound sales experience
- Professional demeanor with outstanding phone etiquette
- Ability to balance creativity and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- A competitive spirit that thrives in a metrics-driven and tech-savvy selling environment
