Job Summary
To support the growth of a dynamic sales team, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will manage multi-touch outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and video, while collaborating with sales leadership to generate pipeline for Enterprise Account Executives.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute outbound prospecting efforts targeting logistics and freight decision-makers
- Research target accounts and create personalized outreach strategies
- Qualify inbound leads and collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales development focused on upper mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Hands-on experience with modern prospecting tools, including CRM and sequencing platforms
- Ability to build and articulate multi-touch outbound sequences
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a personal pipeline effectively
