Job Summary
To support its aggressive growth agenda, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will manage lead generation efforts, conduct strategic outbound campaigns, and act as the first point of contact for inbound leads while collaborating closely with account executives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and accomplish a lead generation plan to meet or exceed pipeline quota targets
- Conduct strategic outbound campaigns to generate pipeline opportunities and qualify marketing leads
- Integrate daily with CRM to update accounts, leads, and contracts according to best practices
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of lead generation experience in B2B SaaS sales using phone, email, and social media
- Proven ability to generate qualified leads through outbound campaigns
- Results-driven self-starter with a passion for engaging prospects and overcoming rejection
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, and Word
