Job Summary
To support a growing employer sales team, the full-time remote Sales Development Representative will generate high-quality leads through strategic cold calling, personalized email outreach, and targeted social selling while collaborating with Account Executives and marketing to communicate the Pomelo Care value effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new opportunities by engaging high-potential accounts through various outreach methods
- Develop and deliver value-driven messaging to entice prospects and secure meetings with employer buyers
- Create tracking and reporting dashboards in Salesforce to monitor progress and meet lead generation targets
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of successful outbound sales development or lead generation experience, preferably in SaaS
- Proficiency in crafting persuasive emails and engaging messages for outreach
- Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other outreach tools
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage time effectively for maximum impact
- Passion for improving maternal and infant health outcomes through accessible virtual care
