Job Summary
Focusing on new customer acquisition, the remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) will leverage sales tools to identify and engage potential clients, develop outreach strategies, and utilize data-driven insights to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and schedule meetings with agencies that fit the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Develop and manage outreach and content strategies to generate interest and engagement
- Utilize Salesforce to track activities, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with marketing regulations
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or administrative support
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience with lead generation platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo is a plus
- Ability to effectively ask discovery questions and uncover prospect needs
- Strong organizational skills for accurately logging conversations and managing leads
