Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to work remotely in Canada, this full-time position will generate and qualify new sales opportunities in the construction industry, engaging with inbound leads and conducting targeted outbound outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify and engage inbound leads and conduct targeted outbound outreach to generate new qualified opportunities
- Identify key stakeholders in small and mid-sized construction companies and schedule discovery calls and product demos for the Account Executive team
- Maintain accurate information in the CRM and collaborate with Account Executives to build a strong sales pipeline
Required qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
- Strong motivation and curiosity, with a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with outbound sales tools (e.g., Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce) is a plus
- Interest in construction technology or SaaS is beneficial
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
