Job Summary
Seeking a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative, this full-time remote position will engage and qualify inbound leads, conduct targeted outbound outreach, and schedule discovery calls to support the Account Executive team in the construction industry.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify and engage inbound leads from marketing campaigns and current customers
- Conduct targeted outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new qualified opportunities
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the Account Executive team while maintaining accurate CRM information
Required qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
- Coachable, curious, and motivated by results
- Experience with outbound sales tools such as Salesforce is a plus
- Interest in construction tech or SaaS is a bonus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
