Job Summary

To support market expansion across Mexico, the full-time Sales Development Representative will focus on outbound prospecting and lead generation, identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and booking qualified meetings for the closing team in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
  • Identify and engage decision-makers while qualifying leads based on defined criteria
  • Maintain accurate CRM tracking and consistently meet outreach and booking targets
Required qualifications
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory
  • Previous experience in SDR, BDR, telemarketing, or outbound sales
  • Experience as a Spanish SDR is preferred
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Experience using tools like LinkedIn and CRM is a plus
