Job Summary
To support market expansion across Mexico, the full-time Sales Development Representative will focus on outbound prospecting and lead generation, identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and booking qualified meetings for the closing team in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
- Identify and engage decision-makers while qualifying leads based on defined criteria
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking and consistently meet outreach and booking targets
Required qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory
- Previous experience in SDR, BDR, telemarketing, or outbound sales
- Experience as a Spanish SDR is preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience using tools like LinkedIn and CRM is a plus
